Courtney Fontenot, owner and coordinator for Alpha Prosperity Events, has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and she brings over 15 years of crisis and organizational management experience to the business. Courtney draws from her experience in counseling, event coordination, conflict resolution, community relations and non-profit management to facilitate weddings and special events that flow effortlessly. She has a passion for coordinating and organizing behind the scenes and for helping others look their best, whatever the endeavor.
Courtney is most known for her calming demeanor and her ability to put others at ease. Her “take-charge” ability affords her clients the opportunity to truly relax and enjoy the wedding planning process. She has a compassionate nature and no where is this more evident then when dealing with the little "hiccups" of life that sometime occur. She considers all sides and applies the “win-win” concept to the situation, which usually leads to a positive resolution. She is committed to excellence and exhibits this through her keen sense of organization and attention to detail. She works hard for her clients not only because it's expected, but because she loves the work that she does.
