The Chocolate Topaz
This package, also known as the Complete Wedding Planning is for the couple who want their wedding designed & implemented from beginning to end. The couple can have as much input as they would like. Involves full production coordination from early planning and budgeting to wedding day activity management. With this package, we do ALL of the work, and your dreams become reality. Some items included in this package:
· Unlimited consultation meetings with the engaged couple to establish their style, theme, budget, ideas and concerns, and give etiquette advisement.
· Budget development with payment reminders
· Vendor assistance, booking and coordination
· Event design, theme development and implementation
· Coordinate the assembly of favors, programs, seating cards, welcome baskets and favors
· Assist with Guest accommodations, room blocks & Wedding Night accommodations
· Personal Concierge service to bride and groom
· Full wedding event management (includes everything from “The Pink Coral Package”)
The Pink Coral
This package, also known as the Partial Wedding Event Management, is designed for the couple that chooses to be more involved in the planning. We provide research, support and guidance throughout the planning process. With this package, we work together. Some items included in this package:
· Six consultation meetings with couple
· Ongoing & unlimited contact via phone and/or email
· Budget guidance to maximize the event budget
· Work side by side with vendors to make sure your day flows smoothly
· Confirmation of vendor commitments for the wedding day, which includes reviewing vendor contracts
· Oversee set up of ceremony and reception locations
· Attend final vendor meetings to oversee final details
· Coordinate & direct the wedding rehearsal, ceremony, & reception
· Creation of a wedding time line, detailed checklists and contact sheet
· Cue /orchestrate wedding professionals for ceremony
· Maintain and coordinate time line for all events during reception
The Blue Turquoise
This package, also known as the "Day of " Coordination, is designed for the couple that have done most if not all of the planning already and need someone to come in and manage the day and the parties involved. As your coordinator, we will be working with the information you give to formulate a master plan for the entire day. With this package you don’t work on your wedding day, we do, to implement and coordinate your vision. Some items included in this package:
· Initial meeting at least six weeks prior to the event and a total of 8 hours of additional consultations to review your wedding details, contracts, and any last minute details to be completed.
· Be your liaison for all of the wedding vendors you have selected
· Confirmation of vendor commitments for the wedding day, which includes reviewing vendor contracts
· Coordinate and oversee the details for the day of your wedding
· Creation of a wedding timeline, detailed checklists and contact sheets
· Coordination of wedding rehearsal (2 hours)
· Cue / orchestrate wedding party and other professionals for ceremony
· Three hours of reception coordination
· Maintain and coordinate timeline for all events during reception
Consulting Services
This package, is perfect for the couple that want to plan their own wedding but could use some ideas, vendor recommendations, wedding day flow options, etc. You plan the wedding of your dreams, we just help out, providing some expert advice when and where you need it. This is also a great option for couples with a very tight wedding or event budget.
Decorate/Decor Set-up
This package, is perfect for the couple that already have design elements planned and ready to go, but don't have the time to set it all up. We take care, implementing each of the decor details for your wedding or special event, according to your design or decor plan. Some items included in this package:
· Initial consultation and one additional meeting prior to event
· Total of five (5) hours of set-up time for both locations
A La Carte Services
There are additional services that we can provide. Individual tasks may be selected to create just what you need for your special day. Prices are available upon request. Some items include:
· Consultations with couple to establish the style, theme, budget, ideas and concerns, 
and give etiquette advisement
· Suggest vendors suited to their style & budget, to include ceremony and reception locations
· Create a detailed monthly timeline of the tasks needed to be done prior to the wedding day
· Assist with decor and selected favor items
· Addressing and mailing invitations
· Assist with RSVP’s - follow-up with guests where necessary
· Coordinate Special Events and Parties (engagement party, bridal showers, couple showers, bridal teas and brunches)
· Assisting with booking accommodations for out-of-town guests, activities and welcome baskets
· Planning rehearsal dinner/party
· Sending out thank-you cards
· Purchasing gifts for the bridal party
· Concierge Services - Running last minute errands
· Assist with honeymoon planning and accommodations
