Full Service Planning & Management
Designed for the "time challenged" couple that want their wedding designed, implemented and managed from beginning to end; from early planning and budgeting to wedding day activity management. We handle everything from the largest to the smallest detail. When you select this service option, you tell us what you want and we make it happen.
Partial Service Planning, Coordination & Management
Designed for the couple that has begun some of the planning but has now realized they need some assistance in bringing it all together. As your wedding coordinator, we are there to answer any questions, assist with finding vendors or anything else needed for your special day. We step in and manage the plans you have already made, as well as oversee any remaining plans; giving you peace of mind that everything will come together, portraying your vision, to your delight and satisfaction.
Total Wedding Day Coordination ("Month of" Coordination)
Designed for the couple that have done all of the planning already and need someone to come in and manage the day, time-lines, and the parties involved. As your coordinator, we formulate a master plan for the entire day. This service allows you and your family the luxury to relax and enjoy the wedding or event, knowing the details are handled.
Simple Wedding Day Management
This service is for the couple that recognizes the importance of professional assistance on their wedding day even with a limited budget. This package comes with limited services and parameters to meet the simple and basic needs of the couple.
Consulting & Vendor Referral Services
Perfect for the couple that want to plan their own wedding but could use some ideas, vendor recommendations, wedding day flow options, etc. You plan the wedding of your dreams, we just help out; providing some expert assistance and advice, when and where you need it.

Listed below are additional services that we provide as solutions to your event needs.Many of these may be added to any planning or coordination service selected (if not already included) or purchased separately. Most of these items are charged by the hour. Prices are available upon request. Some items include:
- Decor Rentals for Ceremony and Reception
- Hospitality Bags for Out of Town Guests
- Printing Place Cards and Escort Cards
- Assist with decor set-up and selected favor items
- Addressing and mailing invitations
- Assist with RSVP’s - follow-up with guests where necessary
